Customs
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Shipping by PostPac Priority for our Swiss Customer

The shipping time will be 1 business days and the cost is 9 CHF for the first box and 4 CHF per additional box.
The price is depending on the weight.

Shipping by Priority Mail for our European Customer

The shipping time will be 4-7 business days and the cost is 20 CHF for the first box and 5 CHF per additional box depending of the distance to your country.
The Cigars will be sent from France once a week to avoid additional customs taxes.

For the rest of the World : we will only use the shipping by Courier (DHL, Fedex, UPS ...).

Confirmation
We will check each order to use the best way (Price, Delivery Time and Security) to send you the boxes and confirm the final price (Boxes plus Shipping), the transporter used and the number to follow your order.
