TO ORDER IS EASY.
Use one of these two ways:
1. Use the online order form.
2. Or, fax us an order at: +41 21 947 47 66

To order online:
Your order will not be activated until you get an email confirmation back!

1. When you click on Cigars, you will have a list of all the brands available. You can also see the products in the Specials section.

2. A list of all cigars of the brands you have choosen will be displayed. You can navigate the cigar list by scrolling up and down.

3. In the list you can see basic information about each cigar. A link is provided to show you a picture of the cigar.

4. To place an item in your shopping cart, fill in the desired quantity in the quantity box then press "Buy".

5. The contents of your shopping cart will be displayed. To remove items from your shopping cart, click on the REMOVE button next to the list.

6. You can Continue Shopping or Check Out.

7. Before checking out, make sure that all the products you want are in the shopping cart with the desired quantities. Shipping is automatically calculated and displayed. The default shipping method is Courier.

8. When you check out you will be asked to complete a form with your personal information so we know where to ship your order.

9. When you press SUBMIT ORDER button a mail will be sent to us and to you.

10. We will the check your order and confirm it to you.

To order by fax:
If you prefer not to fill the online order form, fax us your order and your personal information, including e-mail address, credit card number, expiration date and signature to: +41 21 947 47 66

Payment
You can pay by banktransfer, invoice (for Switzterland). Feel free to ask me for other payment methods.

When you order from Cigar Action you are covered by a full money back guarantee. Our return policy is simple. Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return the cigars in their original condition. We will issue a refund for the price of any item you return.
